Refund policy

HPC does not accept returns on items. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, anything that has left our posession is no longer covered by our hygeine standards, and would only be destroyed on reciept of return. We cannot exchange products or accept a return based on preference or change of mind after purchase. However, in the event that an item is faulty, or outwith our usual high standards, please contact us by email so that we can resolve the issue.
